{"id":3058,"date":"2024-12-23T16:47:35","date_gmt":"2024-12-23T14:47:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.embassy-bf.org\/?p=3058"},"modified":"2024-12-23T16:47:35","modified_gmt":"2024-12-23T14:47:35","slug":"reintegration-de-la-nationalite-burkinabe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.embassy-bf.org\/?p=3058","title":{"rendered":"R\u00e9int\u00e9gration de la nationalit\u00e9 Burkinab\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;Ambassade du Burkina Faso \u00e0 Berlin, a le plaisir d&#8217;informer les Burkinab\u00e8 ayant r\u00e9pudi\u00e9 leur nationalit\u00e9 au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de la nationalit\u00e9 allemande qu\u2019ils peuvent, \u00e0 la faveur de la nouvelle loi allemande sur la nationalit\u00e9 entr\u00e9e en vigueur le 27 juin 2024, adresser \u00e0 l&#8217;ambassade, pour transmission aux autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes, un dossier de demande de r\u00e9int\u00e9gration comprenant:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une demande de r\u00e9int\u00e9gration timbr\u00e9e \u00e0 cent vingt (120) euros, adress\u00e9e \u00e0 Monsieur le Procureur du Faso pr\u00e8s le Tribunal de grande Instance de Ouaga I ;<\/li>\n<li>Une copie de leur d\u00e9cret portant r\u00e9pudiation de nationalit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>NB :<\/strong> Ceux qui ont r\u00e9pudi\u00e9 leur nationalit\u00e9 avec leurs enfants mineurs doivent mentionner dans leur demande les noms desdits enfants s&#8217;ils sont toujours<br \/>\nmineurs.
